Q1:Do you undertake OEM orders or product case development?
A1:At present, most of our orders are OEM, and some of our spot products support small batch customization, such as 500. We are currently equipped with 2 engineers to support the development of new cases.
Q2:What are the routine tests for products leaving the factory?
A2:
1.110V-240V full voltage aging test, not less than 4 hours

Q3:Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A3:Our products are designed according to safety regulations certification, using large factory control chips, fire-resistant material casings, etc. The products have undergone safety regulations and EMC electromagnetic wave testing by TUVCB ETLCCCKC and other institutions, and have been issued product certificates. Our production of bulk products is consistent with the certificates (such as the consistency of the CDF list), and we strictly manage the manufacturing process. We accept third-party inspections such as SGS and other authoritative institutions for testing, and control product quality inspection from the front end. All products are inspected for aging and shipped out.
Q4:How did you handle any after-sales issues?
A4:Our after-sales policy is a two-year warranty. Within one year, the product will be directly replaced according to the quantity of defective products, and within two years, the replacement will be carried out according to the proportion of defective products. The product needs to be photographed for evidence abroad and does not need to be returned. In China, we will bear the cost of returning it.
Q5:How long is the delivery time for your product?
A5:Our products are divided into spot products and customized products. Usually, spot products are shipped in 2-5 days. For customized products such as 3-10K in quantity, customized logos, colors, and packaging requirements, the delivery time is 3-4 weeks. If it is a long-term cooperation product, we will follow up with the cooperation agreement to prepare materials and shorten the delivery time to one week.
